Without the above-mentioned specific software, it will not be possible for us to help you.

Therefore, you have to make sure that the program is already installed onto your system, or that it is being installed by the time the online assistance is due to begin, and that it is open/executed.

Any time delays, which may occur as a result of the software not being present/executed onto your system, will be charged, and will be counted within the allocated time slot, in order not to disrupt other bookings.
